when using aerokinesis and hydrokinesis i find it useful to move my hands in the direction i want the air/water to go. for geokinesis i would suggest to imagine static electricity inside the rock and the rock slowly changing to a color or mineral of choice (i don't know if this technique works but it wouldn't hurt to try it )

Thanx , but could you be a little more specific? Like, what's the easiest technique you know and how is it done? I'm looking for techniques that even a brain dead monkey could do... (I'm basicly teaching a brain dead monkey

Is it possible to manipulate sand in the manner it actually MOVES around? Like, you would be able to make it burst forward as if it were being kicked? Just curious .

if your mind is strong enough to control millions of grains of sand, then you can, I'd still advise combining aero with geo.

Obviously everyone here should know that these involve earth, wind, fire and water; the four basic elements that make our world possible. I personally can manipulate all of these in the physical realm, except for water, it is a work in progresss.

Earth- The solid element that holds us here. To gain control over this element one must first realize that you are made from it and it from you. Ground yourself in a strong, comfortable stance (preferably outside on dirt or rock barefoot) and feel it around your feet. Imagine green fog around you and being it's densest on the ground and everytime you breath in, you breath in the fog. Do this untill you feel your body is full of the earth's energy and you should feel a stronger connection with it. With this connection made and mastered with a strong mind and extreme focus and concecntration you WILL be able to move rocks and raise small quakes.

Wind- The element that fills us when we breath. This is a decently easy element to control. Ground yourself in a preferably windy place but outside will do. Feel that as the wind blows it brings a light, white fog with it and breath in this fog, fill your lungs and body with it. Focus your mind on changing the wind's direction and with enough disipline and focus you will master this skill in a matter of months.

Fire- The element of passion and anger. This is a dangerous element and I recommend only learning it if you have control over your emotions. (NOTE: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EMPATHS OR EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE PERSONS) Grounds yourself in a room with fire (candles preffered and burning buildings... um no, not a good idea...) Imagine that the fire around you is givving off an intense red glow. Focus on bringing that glow into your chest and throat area (this area is a place I recommend for fire energy instead of the Dien Tei, but this is just a personal prefference). Once you have pulled the glow into you in your mind's eye (your 3rd eye) feel the heat of the fire flow through your body, it helps to imagine yourself ingulfed in fire as well. This is a skill I recomend for experienced kinetics only due to the damage to one's body that can be dealt. And again, this is a dangerous power and not recommended for beginners or emotional unstable person's or empaths.

Water- The element that gives us or biggest gifts, life. This is an element that I can only manipulate on an energy level but am building up to the physical level. This element has tremendous healing powers once mastered. Ground yourself in an area with lots of water (Shallow pool, lake, pond, or bath tube are good places) bare foot and with the water touching you as much as possible. Imagine the water as a dark-blue to teal glow around it and everywhere the water touches you, your pores absorb that glow. Imagine yourself glowing as the water did. When done properly you may feel as if your completly submerged under water (if your not already.) As far as water/hydrokinetics go, that's all I have to offer. Sorry.

Well that's my basic-semi advanced overviews on hydro, geo-, pyro-, and aero- kinetics. I hope I was of some help. If you have any more questions feelf ree to let me know.
