no, but i could repel it. i could make an electro-shield and try to make it negitivly charged.

it won't take too long to learn. but it will take a while to put in enough electricity to shock someone.

no, but i have shocked someone accidentally, but it wasn't dangerous it was a shock no stronger than touching a door knob in the dry winter months.

hmm, i red on the internet that the third eye maintains spi energy, and if you open it u can see aruras, and your psi will flow through your body easealy,so you wouldnt have 2 pratice to see results

cool. how do you open your third eye? also, i'm blowing out lightbulbs all the time (8 to be exact )... do you know how i could control my electrokinesis so i stop blowing out light bulbs?
