Can anyone help me i`m telekinetic  and telepathic and possibly clairvoyant but i don`t know how to control any of them. can anyone help

I am no expert on telekinesis and I haven't fully been able to control my own abilities, but the first thing I think you need to do is find what triggers your ability. Try to recreate what ever caused something and see what happens.
