hi..again well ill try to make this version a little more informitive with my problem i know i might sound impatient by only trying 3-4 times then asking for help but im still having trouble. What im finding most difficult is what to visualise and concentrate on so the light particels will move to were i want them to go, i have analised the situation and it seems to fit the cirteara of the one in the exersise. so if anyone has any helpfull info on moving light particels with my mind it would help bundels thanks. also to be able to acheave any of these things like lumokinesis, is it requierd that you have a gift?
