First off the side effects you mentioned could be as simple as a form of telepathic or empathic broadcasting in which you project a thought or emotion to others and self that provides the sensation of heat or cool. Thought and emotion both can trigger biological reactions to intensify and decrease temperature. Without several other coinciding symptoms I can not opinionate on what you may be doing. omg i just took a bad batterie and put it in the flashlight it was reallyl really really dim then i tried to charge it then it was kinda brightso does that mean i have electrokinesis

but do i still have telepathy

nvm i dont think i have electrokinesis because i tried charging the batterie more but it didnt work i think it is probably telepathy or maybe even biokinesis? but how would i make myself hot and others with telepaty?

also i really need to know how to control this because i've been tending to heat up at some points then go back to regular heat so i really need help because this is ignoying and it makes it harder for me to sleep

Hmm, the first thing I thought about when I read your post was empathy, since you say it also affects others around, it might just be the thought of feeling cold or hot while not exactly being so, this would also apply to telepathy I believe, just reflecting your feeling or thoughts could really be it, but when it comes to such extents that you can't control your temperature at the point of bothering you, then you might consider checking for other forms of kinesis and trying out the exercises, it might as well be something else besides Empathy/Telepathy

thanx i think it probably is telepathy but im not sure because i charged a batterie i think at least so maybe your right but if it is telepathy what kind of things could i do with it and how do i use it i need some practice also i left this part out but i like to do magic tricks for people and one day i just dicided to try think of a number 1 thru 10 and i kept getting there number then i said think of a number 1 thru 100 i got there number about 70% of the time so im guessing i have telepathy but how would i make them cold and hot is it from me like sending a message to there brain saying im cold and it made them cold?

well sorry if i didnt make sense i just need help also can i no some things that i can do with this like can i hypnotize people or put illusions in thier mind?

Yes, I believe empathy/Telepathy are deeply related with hypnosis, and the idea behind the warm/cold feeling on others would be of an empathic nature, or so I think, this works for feelings such as being sad, happy or angry, and then spreading the feelings around you. But I wouldn't be sure if your body temperature could be passed on to other people. Hypnosis on the other hand could pretty much make them think they're feeling hot/cold, but I'd really go for empathy, then again it's just an opinion.
