still working on electrok, i devised an easyr more effective way to practice the much debated sonokinesis or "sound"kinesis since the other1s werent to good
focus on a nearby continueing sound ex. your breathing or better yet a clock and focus on it gettin louder this is harder with breathing as it will change every now and then if it works im guessing you will be able to make (with alot of practice) a whisper sound like a shout, like all kinesis you have to "will it" to aswell this is something i cannot teach.
so how did i do, do u think it will work? i would REALY like an answer from archaem but any1 else please answer too thanks every1
btw dont feel limited to breathing or clockslol there is alot of stuff to practice on

Speed the process up I picked this up a while ago 3 breaths deep as you can hold them each for 3 seconds breath out over 3 seconds walla super hearing. This has a limited effect of about 2 minutes but can be reactivated as many times as you like :) enjoy!
Well with PK anything is possible, so I wouldn't rule it out at all. Sonokinesis...hmm. Lets look at the basics, sound is a wave, a wave has amplitude and modulation/frequency, and various other little variables. To make a sound louder, you would have to increase the amplitude of the wave itself. Ignore chords and melodies (aggregated waves; modulating wave), and just focus on what you're hearing, in the moment, and try and "shove" it up. This way, you can focus on the effect rather than the cause, because if you try to think about what's increasing the amplitude your brain might hurt
That's how my mind would think to try and do it, at least. Not sure how you appreciate sound personally, but that's the fun of psionics.
Oh, and difficulty-wise, I'd classify this up there with trying to bend light with your mind. The more you take it for granted, the harder it is to control. Most of us don't stop to wonder how sound works, just that it can sound amazing to our ears. Same thing with light, since, you know, we need it to see with our eyes.
So yeah, I think you've got the right idea, stick with it and let us know how it goes.

Let it be known that what we are has never changed; we have always been this way.
Our capacity for anything is a birthright, but that knowledge is a priviledge.
Amplitude of a sound wave is simply the energy present in that wave. It seems like you could add energy to that wave and increase the amplitude. To raise it as significantly as hotrcold is thinking would require a lot of additional energy. Remember that decibels is a logarythmic scale not a linear one. Good luck with the practice, keep us posted.
