Well a few days ago I decided to develope a new exercise to help me through my day so I drew a sort of mark on my shoulder and then concentrated energy to where to mark was. I used it as a medium to store energy and when i needed extra energy i would remove the mark completely and then make the energy dissapitate back to my body a few days ago i think I made progress with this as I had no energy due to lack of sleep and I released the energy from where it was stored and for about 3 hours or so i was able to function as if i had 12 hours of sleep so if you guys could try this out and tell me if you get any results it would be greatly appreciated.

Fifth that sounds awsome like a battery of sorts. My Sifu (when he was alive) told me a story about this small town full of women that could absorb the energy of men passing through. Entertaining in its possibilities. I am also aware of energy storage before a strike. I am unsure of the energy being stored here or the symbol. A suggestion? Energy must flow or else it will stagnate (not good) is the symbol in a shape that allows the energy to flow like a figure 8? I have heard that cancer can take hold with chi blockages the energy flow is stipped the area becomes tense and blocked the toxins and carcinogins not easily removed this leads to a build up of toxins the perfect environment for the cell to weaken and cancer to enter the cell. Thats what my Sifu told me. However I think that anyone who works with energy should have secret reserves as long as they can flow. I really like the concept. Was it the Celts that used to write symbols that represented power before a battle on their body? hmm I know with TK for me the hands are not necessary but do help the brain visualize energy direction. Perhaps all the sybol does is allow you to have a visual focal point to channel the enrgy towards. I find music has this effect on me. I have attached a memory/energy to different songs then when I play them this activates the energy inside me recharging my bateries as it were. You may have discovered a new variation of this and can therefore activate enrgy reserves via sight. They say some people are visually orientated, audio touch etc. Are you a visualizer?
Well the way I designed it it could store up but if i nessacary energy could leak out from the openings of the mark so its sort of like a controle system as for the way i put it in a just closed my eyes and imagined energy flowing to the location then I sort of set like a link ot the location so energy could move to it without me conciously doing it.

i think what he means is draw any kind of syombal that catches your attention and use it to focous on, it makes it easyer to concentrate on somthing if its visual, or atleast it is for me.
yeah basically anthony thats it but as far as the mark it was just a drawn hollow version of my birth mark surrounded by 3 holow cresents each with space in betweent them to let energy go and come if neccasary

Well a pen perferably gel but it can work with any thing that will leave a mark but youd probally wanna stick to pen or marker and hell if you want get an actual tatoo which i plan on doing soon when i can but rly you can use anything you want

ya i no i jus took 1 and it didnt come of i put it on but then get caught up in everything and 4get all about it. ummm i dont get how 2 put energy in it can u explain it again?
basically imagine the enrgy going to the location of where it is it helps me to visualize a sort of energy tunnel starting at my navel then going all the way to where the mark is anf having the energy flow through it
