Can some1 post a FULL tutorial to telekinesis, or is there a book people can buy explaining Like what results can i expect on the 1st day of practicing it, 2nd, etc cuz all tutorial just say "and after a few long weeks", which is really annoying since they don't say what to expect on the 1st day because people wont know if they're on the right track and will get discouraged if they cant move an object within 1 hour of practicing because no1 is telling them what to expect.Like exactly what we have to think and do??
People don't know what to expect. There are no tutorials, it's not a boss in a videogame. Not everyone has first/second day results, and nobody should expect them.
You have to think that you can do it, not many people get results after an hour and they will be a little disappointed, people write "tutorials" with those tips because it has a reason. Books about it are ridiculously repetitive and dragged out, so you have to learn to do it yourself like everybody else.
