I think it would be great. Me and my friends are always thinking it would be better if we had a teacher who has been there and done that. But the question is how would the public react to the school( may be open the school as it is in x-men like school for gifted children ore something like that)

well try the psi wheel first then based on that ect i think that every one is kinetic to some extent but just hasn't found out that he/she is also i would get the person to describe some unusual events that have happened and make a judgment on that and also a person would know what type of kinetic he/she is because it would feel right when he/she practiced it

ore why not find find people who has hightend awarness to help find out what kind of powers people might have ore find some one who has some kind of cortolled insigth to fututer to find out (just an idea)
Well Im not entirely sure about this but if you obtained funding under an alternate name ex I would ask for funding for a buisness create a company name and sign the buisness under that company its complicated to explain throughly but I obtained the Idea from my mom who is a buisness expert but it would work. So for example ask for funding for a non profit organization create a company logo or wut ever the word was and register that non profit buisness under your company something like that.

actually what I understood from him was that you DO have to find your ability on your own. Although, others can share techniques that work for them with you and you can use those to try to enhance your abilities. But that was just my view.
