Telekinesis question

If I wanted to lift something, would I concentrate on electromagnetism or gravity?

Depends on what you want to levitate.

A paperclip, I assume that most non-metals need to repel gravity.

Thats true, with iron/metallic objects, focus point would be electromagnetism, and silicon and carbon (I believe) based objects would be electrostaic forces, but how would you repel or attract gravity?

Repelling gravity is how you lift some things in telekinesis according to the page on tele.
