wow powerful words Shirak but very true indeed there either manifestations of your own mind and that dream u had that might have been a paradox you seeing yourself and speaking to yourself if you get what i mean he is you communicating to u from the future and he is you if you don't learn to control your constructs

Best bet to better understand start researching poltergeist investigations the findings will open your mind also a good movie based on a true story is called American Haunting This will give good visuals. I myself and my Aunt have both experienced the poltergeist phenomenon
