does astrology determine your kinetic abilities?

well, i'm a capricorn....but supposedly pyrokinetic, a beginning pyrokinetic, is pyrokinesis my full potential? or am i more hydro or cryo, because i'm usually cold (especially my hands), and the water in my toilet rocks back and forward whenever im near it.

You can have more than one kinetic ability. And i don't think astrology determines your kinetic abilities. If you practice you can learn anyone of them (though a natural talent for a certain one helps). It's all in the mind... not your sign.
