Electrokinesis

I am having trouble using electro-blast on a stupid moth, (i know, why use a powerful electrokinesis technique on a moth?) and for some reason i am expieriencing a lot of recoil. could anyone help me with this dilemma? and don't say "get a bug zapper"!

try chi kung breathing excersises, im not so hot on oriental beliefs but i think they were onto something with this one, I found that even doin a few seconds of a breathing excersise helped me significantly with my psychokinesis (just made it easier... everything's still flying in random directions for me).

i was finally successful with the electro-blast!!! for those who would like to learn this technique shouldn't try it unless they know how to ground electricity. first, charge your arm with electricity. then pack all that electricty in your arm. point your arm at your target (which could be your other arm or your leg). then force out all that electricity. imagine the electricity being pushed out of your arm like a needle. your arm and your target will fill a little numb for a few minutes. that's what i expierienced so the results aren't typical. if your arm or your target hurts don't use this technique until you become more advanced!!! you could end up like this:
