Can someone please tell me how to focus and make everything more clear...I have seen shadows cast by nothing and seen them move. Men walking but just shadows or silohoettes (apologies for spelling) It started when I was about 5 or 6, now I'm 14 and nothing has become clearer. Can someone help me focus this ability?
have you tried anything on your own to try see if you can develope this? to start off with I'd recommend reading a pychic for bigginners book, they can be quite insightfull even if they dont directly deal with the ability that you are trying to develop.

Post cognition is like sight back into the past where you can either experiance flashes of events or see them unfolding infront of you as if you were there, the shadows can be a form of this, if not then you'd be looking at a different kind of sight all together.
