If your event was only one time there is no further information for me to give to you. The only thing you can do is try to gain control through exercises if you do indeed have the ability. Keep in mind the personality traits and symptoms are irrelevant if you do not posses the gift with out doubt.

Ok, to warm the hands can be caused by non-kinetic abilities such as energy absorption not to mention several medical conditions. To heat the hands is a painful side effect of Pyrokinesis, Energy Absorption and Electrokinesis. Due to human physiology to cause a combustion as to ignite flames on your hands would result in the loss of your hands. Human skin, blood, and tissue can not reach such temperatures with out devastation. Pyrokinetics do not have a unique physiology in which prevents such a strong degrees of burns. The can withstand mild first degree burns, but not 2nd degree burns and up. The only way a fire ball theoretically is possible is if you already have a large quanta of flammable gasses in the air and the pyrokinetic heats a centralized and direct location in the center of the amassed gasses. This in theory would ignite combustion. This would not be possible by using the hands just ones unique frequencies. This theoretical fire ball would have a life span of less then two seconds only. The ability to move the fireball in a direction would only be possible via the use of your own electrical currents. Final theoretical possibility for a fire ball would be a pyrokinetic causing the combustion and an aerokinetic keeping the supply of gasses constant, but they would have to be very skilled.

yeah! you're right! A friend of mine from Indonesia is a master on pyro and aero and he actually showed me how he accidentally burned his ceiling.

in fact i havent talked to him with the webcam yet but he says he can make people's clothes catch a fire and then whenever he gets unfocused the clothes get back to normal (although, i guess they would be completely destroyed).

should i train aero and pyro together?

Also i forgot to add that, the guy im talking about uses a programmed psiball, and not his own hands to make the fire.

That's what got me into kinetic abilities. The way he does it makes you want to do whatever it takes to get those abilities
