Hello. For a few weeks now, I have been trying to increase my Telekinetic abilities. I read that you need to start out with Telekinesis, in order to advance on to Aerokinesis or any other Kinesis ability. Is this true? And are there any tips I could get that might help me with my training?
Though Aerokinesis and Telekinesis do have a commonality at a sub-particle level, atomically they are very different. To enhance Aerokinetic abilities one does not have to enhance their Telekinetic abilities first. Telekinetic abilities are more difficult to control than Aerokinetic. If you are sure you are both Telekinetic and Aerokinetic then I suggest working on the Aerokinesis first or in the majority. As far as training, the only way to do so is through exercises in which you can either do at home or in everyday life. On my Aerokinesis and Telekinesis pages towards the bottom of the page I have several exercises. First you will need to know what kind of Tele and Aerokinetic you are, long distance, short distance or internal. You can find the definitions for these at the top of both pages. Based on the extension of your ability you should stick only with exercises pertaining to that kind or form.
From looking at that, I belive that I am a a short distance Aerokinetic, and that is what I want to work on the most anyway. I was told that I had to train in TK first, then AK. I will try the Psi Wheel technique that you have and report my results. I also know that the first try is not the charm all the time and it may take me more than one attempt to get it to work.
Yes, now I see. I missed it the first time, sorry. I have made one, and I will try either tonight, or tommarow. It is already 11:20 PM my time. I will get back with results ASAP.
Don't worry if you can't move the wheel on your first try, it usually takes a week or two to successfully move it at wheel, and don't overdo the practice, since it might have harmful consequences, just be patient and you might notice a small movement "different" from those the small air currents in your practice area provoke, and that's a good sign.

I'm not sure about that. I mean I've only preformed telekinesis once when I was 7 and I'm not perfect at it but I can do pyrokinesis more often and (considering I'm a novice) better. But then again I have a stronger background and intrest in fire. So best advice I can give, if this is any to you, research or ask a telekinetic. MY WORK HERE IS DONE
