Recently I have been having troubles with my concentration techniques and techniques overall. Can someone please help, perhaps you know some hyper focusing techniques I can use. Thank you
For me first thing in the morning is the best time. I find if i eat well get enough sleep and stay hydrated it goes a long way to helping me focus to much sugar makes me a bit A D D so mabe if you start with these see how you go?
Yeah shirak same for me when Ive had alot of sleep ate prop[erly and am in a clean enviorment with a peacefl setting and comfortable clothing lol I can easily conentrate.

(this helps me) visualization detached yet attentive remember to let it all flow know what you want and allow it or you mind to make it happen Realize there is no real defined space between you and the object because on the quantum level all matter and energy connects and shares its electrons heat magnetism gravity etc, Beleive you can do it, If it doesnt work after a time introspect how you are feeling is this taking away your one pointed intention resolve this issue and begin again. I have found tk pk to be a great guage of what is happening in my body/mind/spirit if I cant do it I know there is a balance that must first be acheived within. First thing in the morning the mind is clear try having a coffee or water something light but full of energy to eat. Thses techniques help me it may be different for you but if you do this when at work or school or even after have a space you regularly go set up a device that you feel comfortable with and is not to conspicuous this way it is there every day. You can even have one in the toilet as long as it is somewhere where you go every day. Over the course of weeks of a little a day and journal keeping I have been able to see my advances. Video phone footage diary files help to. This provides a positive feedback. Most importantly relax! hope this helps
