Two ways, one by force trying to overpower the messages to their limbs but that doesn't work well. The second more successful way is to get your mind into theirs, then as greatly as you can express your desire. If done right you can trick their mind into making them think it is their desire. Whether it be sleeping, or acting like a chicken.
use a sigil... yea its prety dark (if you goof up) and you need to have quite an intence desire to make this work... and some chaos experiance is probably a must before using sigils on other people thing about sigles... your subconsious mind reads them... thus evading your minds safe gaurds, confusing the consiousness and delivering a direct hit to the subconsious no karma is involved here (shearly because if u believe in karma then ull probably get the backlash as the process requires you to force the sigil into your subconsious)
to do this you'll need to read up on chaos magick purely and simply... carefull of what u read tho, i recomend The Book of Results - by Ray Sherwin (yea its so good that i always recomend it when i talk about chaos magick)
